Our standard shipping service is UPS. Shipping is allowed to any valid US shipping address and shipping is always free on orders with a subtotal of $80.00 or more. After we ship your order, it will be handled by UPS and you can track it at UPS.com. Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes. Please allow 5 – 10 days for standard shipping to US addresses.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, in the first 15 days after you receive it, you can return it for a full refund. Customers in the U.S. will be sent a free, prepaid return label. For customers outside the U.S., we are not able to offer free return shipping labels at this time. To begin your return, please CONTACT US with your order number (if you have it), and let us know which item(s) you’d like to return. (NOTE: Please do not send anything to our facility without reaching out to us first as we cannot accept returns from outside our system.) Please allow 5 to 10 business days for package transit, plus an additional 5 to 7 business days for processing after we receive it.

Need to make an exchange? We are only able to accept returns and are unable to process exchanges. To replace an item with a new size or style, please place a new order on our website and return your original item. If there is any price discrepancy between your original order and the replacement, we are happy to adjust the charge in order to match the original price. Please CONTACT US and send in your new order number.

Refunds are issued for orders you cancel, merchandise you return, or in the unlikely event that we are unable to fill your order. All refunds are in USD and credited to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to appear in your bank’s statement. Orders you cancel before shipment are refunded in full. Please CONTACT US as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. Returns are refunded at the time your return is received at our fulfillment center. The refund amount will include the amount you paid for the merchandise you return and sales tax, minus any charges for shipping and/or discounts applied to your order.
